•Masters/PhD degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, software
engineering or similar
•At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
•Profound knowledge of software development with C++ and SQL
•Experience with Workflow Management and/or ERP like systems
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical design
•Proactive mindset to drive collaboration between teams in an intercultural environment
•Good communication skills to lead team members and help them solving technical problems
•Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills

Your Responsibilities
•Technical leadership of a C++ / SQL based Workflow/ERP-like bespoke development for the Additive
Manufacturing industry
•Work closely with Product Owner and development team in an Agile environment
•Develop clean, elegant and reusable code which is easy to maintain and extend
•Instill best practices and state of the art technologies
•Provides technical leadership for all software development activities and takes lead in code reviews
